Dr. Hatley McMicking (Dr. Hatley) aspires to see all pets and their people living their best lives together. She is passionate about the bond we form with animals and ensuring that special relationship is strengthened through a customized, low-stress, veterinary experience that extends beyond the four walls of the practice. Dr. Hatley loves all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in internal medicine, imaging, and geriatric care.

Dr. Hatley has been in the veterinary profession for over twenty years and earned her veterinary degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2016. Before launching Pearl Street Animal Hospital, Dr. Hatley led the veterinary team at the SPCA in British Columbia, Canada, and still serves as a Trustee for the BC SPCA Vancouver Hospital Trust Fund. In 2022, she founded Sage Veterinary Services to provide consultation services to for-profit and non-profit organizations.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Hatley can be found riding horses, cooking, gardening, or on an outdoor adventure accompanied by many animals.
